2018 CONANT FALL SPORTS INFORMATION:

Fall Sports begin on Monday, August 6 for Football, Side Line Cheerleading, & Boys/Girls Golf-All Levels.   All other Fall Sports:  Boys & Girls Cross Country, Boys Soccer, Girls Swimming, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball begin on Wednesday, August 8.  All registration is completed online through Infinite Campus or go to the Conant Website at  https://adc.d211.org/Domain/10.  If you are having difficulty with registration, contact the Conant athletic office at (847) 755 - 3771 or email ddopka@d211.org.  Students must be registered online and have an updated physical exam, within the last 13 months to practice/tryout with a team.   More specific information below:

Boys Soccer Tryouts will occur over the first three days:  The tryout could last a fourth day if the coaches need more time to make a decision. Please bring your own water.  Construction has limited our access to water throughout the summer. Please wear a light colored tshirt.  Freshmen should write their name on the back. Soccer balls will be provided.

New Registration Site

We have a new registration site. Please find the link and instructions below. Your form submissions will be stored in your family account, plus you'll only need to update entries for future registrations.


Step 1: Fill in the Student Information for the program selected under the registration options.

Step 2: You must bring your completed physical examination form to Palatine High School Student Health Services Office. Physicals are valid for 13 months.

Step 3: (Seasonal Athletics Only) Read, Fill out and submit the Sports Medicine Acknowledgement & Consent Form, Athletic Code of Conduct Form and Permission Form.
